This test date is one of eight SSAT administrations at New York City schools during the 2014-15 school year. Please be aware that spaces fill quickly for many of the test centers (especially in Manhattan), so if you have limited availability or really care about where you take the test, you should register well before the deadline. If none of the national SSAT dates work with your schedule, you may take one "flex" test per year, administered by an approved educational consultant at a time of your choosing.
Testing virtually always begins at 9AM. We recommend you check in by 8:30. (Some test centers may vary their start times, so check your admission ticket.) Make sure you have your admission ticket, #2 pencils, ballpoint pens (black or blue), photo ID and your game face. Do not bring your cell phone, calculator or self-doubt. Double-check that you know how to get to the test center. Plan for a good night's sleep, breakfast well—and then go get ‘em!
